LEVEL 2 BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

At this level,  you’ll gain practical know-how in providing routine and more complex administrative support.

You are in a junior role and want to develop your skills to become a future team leader or business manager. You need practical knowledge of more complex administrative support, perhaps supporting meetings and events or retrieving information

• Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment 
• Principles of managing information and producing documents 
• Principles of supporting change in a business environment 
• Principles of maintaining stationery stock 
• Principles of contributing to innovation and change 
• Principles of budgets in a business environment
