Government Funded Health & Social Care Staff Training
AOne Social Care Training helps UK health and social care companies access Government and Local Authority staff training grants and funding.
As a Centre of Excellence with Care we deliver accredited QCF, RQF & NVQ training courses in the Health and Social Care sector at no cost to your business.
We provide fully Government funded Level 2, Level 3, Level 4 and Level 5 Care training courses through SSW (Skills Support for the Workforce), which was designed to upskill and retrain employees in Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
We provide FREE regulated and non regulated health and social care QCF, RQF & NVQ training courses to those eligible for these Government grants and funding.
Skills Support for the Workforce Training Grants & Funds
To be eligible for the SSW fund, learners must be employed by the SME organisation, aged 16+, and able to work in the UK, having lived here or the EEA for the last three years.

Workforce Development Fund (WDF) Training Grants & Funds
AOne also provides support for care home employers to access the Workforce Development Fund (WDF). This is particularly useful for employees that may have difficulty completing an apprenticeship End Point Assessment (EPA) or Functional Skills requirements due to language barriers, learning disabilities, or assessment anxiety. The WDF supports learners with completing a Diploma in Health & Social Care instead of an apprenticeship.
The WDF helps yo upskill staff members and evidence their Continued Professional Development (CPD). Employees who work across specialist areas of care such as working with clients with dementia or supporting those with learning disabilities will be able to benefit from enhancing their knowledge, and therefore meet the specialist or personalised needs of residents.
Employers who want to access this funding need to register & comply with the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS) requirements. Read more on the Workforce Development Fund
