Mandatory Rapid Induction – As part of the Care regulations all new staff working in health and social care must undertake a rapid induction training programme. We offer care training in all the areas within the rapid induction programme:

- Food safety*
- Health and safety awareness*
- Infection prevention and control
- Medication management
- Safeguarding ( specifically around isolation)
Please note those courses marked with an * are also available through e-learning allowing a learner to complete training in their own time and pace. Upon completion of the e learning course a certificate of completion will be provided.

Managers Guide To Achieving A Care Certificate – £50 | E learning | Funding Available
This e learning course supports managers in ensuring all their employees achieved the Care Certificate. The course covers the employer’s responsibility, observation requirements, providing feedback, creating the certificate and claiming funding through the Workforce Development Fund (WDF).
Care Certificate – 115 GLH | £50 | Regulated learning | Funding Available
The Care Certificate is an agreed set of standards that define the knowledge, skills and behaviours expected of specific job roles in the health and social care sectors. Made up of the 15 minimum
standards that should be covered if you are ‘new to care’. This course forms part of a robust induction programme. We have designed the course to be self-directed using an e-learning website with support from an online tutor if needed. The learner will work through all the knowledge requirements ready to fulfil the practical outcomes at work with their employer
