Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care
This qualification is the natural next step for those who have completed a Level 3 Diploma and is applicable to a variety of roles, where workers have key responsibilities for delivery of care and support and/or a level of supervisory responsibility for others, such as; Lead Adult Care Worker, Senior Care Assistant and Team Leaders.
The Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care is specifically designed for Care Coordinator and Senior Carers in a supervisory position who are in Adult Care and may work in residential or nursing homes, domiciliary care, day centres, a person’s own home or some clinical healthcare settings.
What Will You Learn?
This qualification enables learners to demonstrate and develop the skills and knowledge required within a role which has some autonomy, delegated responsibility or where there may be a need for supervision of others. This will include the main tasks and responsibilities of your role; dignity and human rights; communication; Safeguarding; Health and wellbeing; Professional development.

- Flexible remote access to tutors/assessors Monday to Friday during office hours
- Learning portal to view all your activities, access resources and monitor your progression.
How Can You Fund This Course?
The course fee (£1200) can be paid using our Easy Payment Plan or it can be funded through an Advanced Learner Loan.
What Progression Opportunities Are Available To Learners After Completion?
Level 5 health and social care qualifications for the management or senior practitioner roles, or progression to a health and social care degree or other specialist qualification in their field of work
