Understanding Behaviour that Challenges

Achieving this Level 2 NVQ Certificate will allow learners to develop in-depth knowledge of reasons for challenging behaviour such as anxiety, neglect, abuse, learning disabilities and conditions like dementia. Safeguarding

This course teaches staff what safeguarding is, and how to implement and report it should there be issues. It also covers whistleblowing policies and how to ensure clients are in a safe environment.
